The Haven team consists of the inaugural team, the core team, and specialised volunteers. The inaugural staff was instrumental in shaping Haven into what it is today. The Core Team oversees all editing, fundraising, and social media activity, which is assisted by Specialised Volunteers. They work in these three areas, creating awareness and action-driven material, graphic design and marketing, and assisting with Haven's overall development. As the organization's creator and hea, Sahana Rudra administers every aspect of Haven's operations.
